A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Injury;
A. On July 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around July 20, 2015, the Defendant, at the office of “Celective Ship” located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) however, (c) on July 20, 2015, the Defendant, at the office of “Celective Ship” located in B, gave up the victim D, who was his spouse, to assist in the office work; (d) the victim refused it; and (e) the victim was able to leave the office by hand, and (e) the victim was injured by the victim, depending on the victim, who was enrolled in the vehicle parked in front of the above office, who was her face twice by hand, by taking about 21 days of medical treatment.
B. 2. The Defendant causing property damage, at the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1-b, destroyed that the victim who was assaulted by the Defendant at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1-b was able to take the Defendant’s desire against the Defendant, and the victim’s joint ownership was laid on the floor, thereby damaging the above Nompt North Korea in excess of KRW 251,00.
