Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without obtaining a driver’s license from the North Korean Racing to the urban expressway located in the Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, on January 20, 2013, and driving BS 5 automobiles which were not covered by mandatory insurance.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act and the Defendant are those engaged in driving a vehicle BSM 5.
At around 03:10 on January 20, 2013, the Defendant driven along the urban highway located in the long-term Dong of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu along one lane from the side of the Daegu-gu (B) to the side of the Chinese Nab.
