1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant (Appointed Party) A delivers land and buildings No. 1 of the sequences listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and (2).

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established under the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act, which is a project implementer of the E residential environment improvement project implemented in Busan Northern-gu D (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. The Plaintiff consulted with the Defendant (Appointed Party C, and Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant”) in order to acquire land incorporated in the instant project and transfer goods according to the procedures prescribed by the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Public Works Act”), but did not reach an agreement.

C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on March 13, 2013, on the ground of expropriation on February 6, 2013, with respect to each real estate possessed by the Defendants as shown in the separate sheet, according to the adjudication of the Central Land Expropriation Committee’s expropriation.

The monthly rent for the land and building owned by the Defendants shall be as follows:

2. Article 43 of the Public Works Act provides, “The landowner or person concerned, or any other person who is not a landowner or person concerned but a person who has a right to the land to be expropriated or used or any goods on such land shall deliver or transfer the land or goods to the project operator by the commencement date of expropriation or use.” Article 45(1) provides, “A project operator shall acquire the ownership of the land or goods on the commencement date of expropriation, and other rights to the land or goods shall be extinguished simultaneously.”

According to the above facts, the defendants are land and buildings possessed by the defendants as stated in the order.
