Defendant
A is the actual representative of B, who is in charge of the safety and health of its employees, and the defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of recycling business.
1. Defendant A
(a) In cases where a worker engages in the business of handling an organic compound dealing with an object, in which the sprinks in the ventilation device installed at a place where he/she handles an organic compound are likely to spread, the business owner shall have the worker concerned wear the sprink or the sprinks;
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) had his employees deal with organic compounds, such as diclestan and Toluene, in the foregoing workplace; (b) had them deal with organic compounds from September 5, 2014; and (c) had them deal with organic compounds from around January 31, 2015; and (d) did not pay Masc or hyke to F who had performed the duties of dealing with organic compounds from around January 31, 2015.
(b) Where a worker handles harmful substances subject to impermeability or corrosion control, the business owner shall prepare and keep the impermeable protective clothes, protective outfits, protective shoes and drugs for skin protection, and have them used;
Nevertheless, the Defendant had D and E handle organic compounds from September 5, 2014 at the same place of business from around September 5, 2014, and did not have an antiscopic protection wall.

A business owner shall take protective measures, such as installing a protective device or an studio cover with a sufficient effect of cutting off, in order to prevent a power failure, in order to prevent a power failure, by his/her employees from having contacted or approaching the charging part of electrical machinery, apparatus, or street due to his/her work, passage, etc.
