Defendant

A is the owner of the CPC room, and Defendant B is the employee of the CPC room.

However, from October 6, 2017 to January 13, 2018, anyone should not exchange, arrange, or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products. However, from the “CPC bank” located in Daegu-gu D between the Defendants from October 6, 2017 to January 13, 2018, the Defendants had customers directly receive cash from customers and charge game money by using computers installed in the said place and connect them with “E” so that they would make customers perform the “E” game, and had customers exchange game money, the result of which they acquired by using the game products, in cash.
