1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. On March 14, 2016, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 100,000 to the Defendant. Since the Defendant did not repay the above loan, the Plaintiff sought a judgment identical to the purport of the claim.

2. According to the purport of the Plaintiff’s evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff may acknowledge that the Plaintiff lent KRW 100,000 to the Defendant.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 10 million won with 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 8, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
