A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On 25, 2017, around 08:00, the Defendant driven a B Lone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.228% in the 5km section from the 8-11 Home plug road located in the Dong-dong to the intersection located in the same Gu-dong-dong-dong-dong, the Defendant driven the B Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.228%.

Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the stay of execution (including the fact that the criminal defendant commits a mistake, the fact that the criminal defendant does not have any same criminal record other than the minor fine once due to driving under the influence of alcohol in 2010, and support his/her family);

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 62-2 or more of the Criminal Act concerning the observation of protection and order to attend lectures;
