The Defendant is a person who, from November 2, 2016, set up 20 game players in the “C” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around November 2, 2016 and operates a juvenile game providing business.

1. On September 28, 2017, around 18:44, the Defendant provided, in the instant game, the marketing of which exceeds 5,000 won of the consumer sales price in the market-based game machine (27,800 won on the Internet sales) as free gifts to many unspecified customers, thereby promoting speculation.

2. On November 4, 2017, around 09:51, the Defendant provided Blus micro (WTSWS-858, the minimum Internet sales price of KRW 19,800) in the instant game in the market line, which exceeds 5,000 won, as free gifts, to many unspecified customers, thereby promoting speculation.

3. On November 17, 2017, at around 15:30 on November 17, 2017, the Defendant provided the instant game crop game wing type wing type, in which the consumer selling price exceeds 5,000 won, to many unspecified customers, thereby promoting speculation.
