Punishment of the crime

1. As stated in its reasoning, the Defendant has committed the same crime as the criminal facts indicated in the judgment that constitutes imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment when the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions, and the risk of recidivism in the future needs to be recognized and received medical treatment at the treatment and custody facility.
