Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2016, around 03:30, the Defendant driving a two-lane road in front of the Madodo-dong in Jeju Island, and driving along the two-lanes of the said road to the south from the north along the two-lanes of the said road, and, depending on the negligence in the course of business, when disregarding the signal of stop and proceeding as it is, the Defendant got the victim C (Nam, 52 years of age) who gets the victim C (the South and 52 years of age) from the rear-down road of the said taxi and sustained the victim’s injury, such as the subb, the sub, the pelb, etc., requiring approximately six-day medical treatment.

The reason for sentencing (within the scope of the recommended sentencing criteria) is the basic area of the injury caused by traffic accidents (applicable to grounds that not to impose punishment, two or more provisos are applicable): The ordinary circumstances favorable for April -1: the amount of punishment is not imposed (the date of October 18, 2016), the number of taxi mutual aid associations, the same kind of punishment and the suspension of execution.
