On March 29, 2015, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on March 13:0, 2015, was drinking by ordering her bed and her fed at a D restaurant operated by Busan Shipping Daegu B and 1st floor C (Y, 52 years old), provided that, without any particular reason, the Defendant would repeatedly bring back her bed and her fed and her feds together with food, and that the Defendant did not bring about more

The Defendant: (a) followed a gate containing a lux food, etc., and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force over about five hours, such as having the gate enter the restaurant by committing a noise, i.e., “g., g., g., g., g., g., the lux; and (b) having the victim look back.
