Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving service of a B-to-pur vehicle.

On February 21, 2013, at around 10:20, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 0.171% alcohol concentration, and turned to the left at a speed of about 30 km per hour from the front side of the Gannam Maintenance in the Asia-si at a macro-si.

Since there is a non-protective left-hand turn crossing where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to drive in such a way that it does not interfere with traffic of other vehicles in progress under the signals by reducing the speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to turn to the left, and neglected to turn to the left, received the part of the victim C(49 years old) driving Drocketing car driving seat, the front part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, which was driven by the victim C(49 years old) driving seat and the front part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as cryp salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 10:20 on February 21, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 4 kilometers from the front of a dormitory at the treatment shipbuilding station in the Dong-dong at the time of a macro-si in a state of alcohol of 0.171% of the blood alcohol concentration, to the road before the ASEAN-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-do.
