Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed a job offer advertisement on a mobile phone hosting pattern upon the I’s request from the I who operates the “H” located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; and (b) placed a contact with the said advertisement by reporting the interview to I; and (c) introduced the J to the I, who arranged the job in order to sell sex to many unspecified men at the said business site.

B. Around July 2014, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, was able to live together with a victim who had no place to go against, and accommodation, and had the victim actually protected and supervised the victim from that time.

As above, the Defendant, using the victim’s protection and supervision, recommended sexual traffic, etc. as follows: “The victim should be punished for living expenses. Money is lacking. It must be done any more.”

1) From July 2014 to August 2014 of the same year, “H” located in Suwon-si G had the victim perform similar acts, such as her name, hand, etc. against an unspecified customer, and received KRW 00,000 in compensation therefor.
