Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a business car.

On July 6, 2013, the Defendant was driving the said car around 21:10, while driving the national highway No. 37 national highway of the Ycheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun with about 60 km of Sin-do in the erobbbb.
