A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act driving around C 124C 15:16 on May 22, 2015, and led to the left turn to the right from the front of the Gampo-gu General Social Welfare Center located in the Gampo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

At this point, there are two intersections, and there are other vehicles in the Do apartment where the defendant intends to enter, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely keep the vehicle and to safely turn to the left while keeping the vehicle and preventing the accident.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to turn to the left without neglecting it and brought the above three distance to the Do apartment, and brought it to the right side of the ES520 driver's vehicle operated by the ES520 driver, which was going to the Do apartment.

Ultimately, the Defendant damaged the car owned by the victim F by the above occupational negligence in order to fill the 616,261 won of the repairing cost.

2. Although a person is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the Defendant operated the motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
