A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall pay 800,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

From December 26, 2019 to around 15:30 of the following day, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim M: “OB LA, which is a lodging facility for the operation of the victim M in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; one for a white LG ladrum washing machine in an amount equivalent to KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market value of the victim; H, a seller of used products, who is aware of such fact.
