Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2013, at around 00:23, the Defendant driven a passenger car B in the state of driving a passenger car in the state of the main stream of the blood alcohol concentration 0.078% (0.078%) in the cafeteria located near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seonam-dong from approximately 20km to about 778-8, Seongdong-dong, Seongdong-gu.
