All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. The gist of the plaintiffs' assertion E is that the students in the third year of F High School are students in the third year, and that the plaintiff who is the first year after the same school and the plaintiff A who has private interest.

E around January 9, 2018, the Daejeon Preferred Police Station reported false facts that the Plaintiff was forced to indecent act by compulsion, rape, assault, intimidation, etc. from the Plaintiff A to the Plaintiff at the Daejeon Preferred Police Station.

The plaintiffs B and C, who are their parents, suffered a big mental pain and property damage due to the absence of E.

Therefore, as a mother of minor E, the defendant is responsible for compensating for mental suffering and property damage suffered by the plaintiffs, such as the written claim.

According to the statement of evidence Nos. 3 through 5, as alleged by the plaintiffs, as to whether E reported false facts to the police station against the plaintiffs A and reported them to the police station, the following circumstances are acknowledged, namely, the plaintiff A and E wished to return to the plaintiff Eul's body before and after the Fhigh School line line, and the plaintiff A and E were subject to violence, suicide, pressure, and threat against the plaintiff Eul on January 9, 2018, but the non-prosecution decision on July 31, 2018 was affirmed. However, it is recognized that the court below's determination on the charges of indecent act by force, rape, assault, threat, etc. against the plaintiff Eul was without suspicion, but the court below's determination on the non-prosecution of evidence Nos. 1 through 6 and the purport of the oral argument as a whole can be acknowledged, and the plaintiff Eul and E were aware of the plaintiff Eul's body before his school.
