Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, the above judgment against the Defendants for two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

Defendant
B, while the contract was terminated due to the expiration of the contract in the E-Myeon office while the former B was working in the position of contract for not less than five years at the office of the E-Myeon in the same Myeon office as the former Hap-gun D, the two parties raised a complaint to be on board the national facility along with the Defendant A, who is the post-ship between the two parties.
1. On September 2016, the Defendants: (a) destroyed a part of the Defendants’ first-come-served crime by gathering inflammable wastes, such as three strings, plastic beer, plastic beer, and toilet paper, which remains after drinking alcoholic beverages, from the “Nasan bicycle shelters” managed by the management agency of the local national highways located in Yansan-gun, Yansan-gun, 1035-2 in early September 2016; and (b) laying down a fire to the end of the instant bicycle rest area by inserting the fire into a single-use stop, and then setting it into a single-use stop part of the waste so that the repair cost would amount to KRW 2 million.
2. The Defendants committed the crime on September 23, 2016, at the same place as before around 21:00 on September 23, 2016 in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, and as in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, destroyed by burning a bicycle shelter equivalent to approximately KRW 30 million in the market price by collecting inflammable waste and attaching it to a disposable stop with a fire attached to a single stop.
3. The Defendants, on October 10, 2016, destroyed part of the repair cost to the extent that the repair cost is KRW 3 million by putting the combustible garbage from the “Nasan River Bicycle Rest” sperm managed by the management agency of the next regional national highways located in Yansan-ri, Yansan-ri, Yansan-1, on October 10, 2016, in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, and by piling it into the part of the said bicycle rest and piling it into the part of the said bicycle stop, with a single stop, with a fire attached on the garbage, and with a single stop to move it into the ster.
As a result, the Defendants conspired in collusion for more than three times, and all or part of the bicycle rest area and string with the building, which is a public interest.
