Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 17, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.21% in the section of approximately 8.2km from around 20:52m to around 20:52 on the same day before the same day as in B, Tae-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the same military forces C, and driven DMW car under the influence of alcohol by 0.221%.
2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of a DoW car.
