Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C(14 years of age, South).

On September 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, around Ansan-si, the Ma 402 Sinsan-si, the Defendant: (b) when the victim was mixed with the victim on the ground that the victim had many smartphone games; (c) when the victim’s head, head, and even like the victim’s head in the process of giving lessons to the victim, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may harm the physical health and development of the victimized child.
