Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the social work personnel who works in the Gangseo-gu B Pyeongtaek-gun B Pyeongtaek Fire Station C 119 Safety Center.

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
