On August 23, 2013, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven a B ebroman car with approximately 200 meters section from the front of the Yannam-gun, Yannam-gun, Yannam-do to the front road of the Central Park in the same Ri, in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.066%.
