A is the president of G Senior Citizens in the East Sea, Defendant B is the female president, Defendant C is the head of H, Defendant D is the denial of the foregoing, Defendant E is the residents of G community, and Victim I(52) is the representative of the J Emergency Countermeasures Committee.

1. Defendant A, B, and E’s joint assaulted on July 18, 2015, around July 18, 2015, Defendant A, B, and E were in the meeting room of the second floor of the K community hall located in G in the Dong-gu, Dong-dong, Dong-si, the victim left the floor and caused Defendant B, who was the female president, to open the village fund passbook to the victim. Moreover, Defendant A, B, and E’s joint assaulted and pushed down the flab by bating the head of the village fund.

Defendant

A, B, and E assaulted the victim in common as above.

2. Defendant A, B, C, and D’s joint assault on August 4, 2015, and Defendant A, B, C, and D, around 14:40 on August 4, 2015, were left in the meeting room of the 3rd floor of the 3rd Dong-dong Residents’ Self-Governing Center in the East Sea on the 14:40 on August 4, 2015, in order to capture the microbs of the victim, the victim’s arms, flaps, and body flaps were tighted and sealed.
