Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2013, the Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, did not directly receive a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the head of the Busan Regional Military Affairs Administration, to be enlisted from the Busan Regional Military Manpower Administration to November 14:00 on November 12, 2013, from the Busan Regional Military Manpower Administration, to November 14:00, 2013, and did not enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
