A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a P PP 307CC car.

Around 08:20 on January 30, 2019, when a driver's license for a car was revoked, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at a speed of about 50km per hour from the surface of the Glin Road to the Clin Road at the Glin Road at the time of Gyeonggi-do, the two-lanes of the two-lanes in front of the Flin Road at the time of Gyeonggi-do.
