Punishment of the crime

At around 10:40 on April 14, 2012, the Defendant laid down the shoulder of the victim E (the South and the age of 56) with both hand on the ground that the Defendant and the victim E (the age of 56) who had a dispute with the Defendant in the front of the “Dda” road located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, Seoul, on the road, and caused the victim's head to face with the ground, thereby facing about six weeks of treatment.
