A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

around 01:15 on February 11, 2019, the Defendant driven a CRason car under the influence of alcohol content of about 4.8km from the front of the history distance of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to approximately 0.219% under the influence of alcohol content of about 4.8km.

On June 25, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million to a fine of KRW 1 million at the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On February 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) as seen above.

On April 3, 2019, the Defendant, as a person who violated the regulations on the prohibition of drunk driving twice or more again, driven a Crae car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.077% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of D apartment in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front side of F school in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front side of the F school in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and without obtaining a driver’s license.
