Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant C and D are as between the defendant and the defendant and the defendant and the D have become aware of in the job placement service.

The Defendant, using C and D’s intellectual disability 2, had C and D walk, galm (coppy poppy), had them walked, and excessively stolen the things, thereby bringing them.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property in collusion with C or D.

B. On February 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant, along with C and D, owned 1 kins, 1 kins, 1 kins, 1 kins, 1 kins, 1 kins, and 10,000 won in total, managed by the victim E in the same manner as paragraph (a).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property in collusion with C or D.

C. On May 23, 2013, at around 06:30, the Defendant, along with C and D, was a victim who was in the vicinity of the victim’s head by taking advantage of the gap in the underpass of the Japanese subway station located in 1515-1, Seosan-dong 15.5.
