A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties and for fraud in the Incheon District Court’s Branch on July 7, 201, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on December 20, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 02:50 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant, on the chest of the victim E (the age of 50) who was eating “D” restaurant located in Gyeonggi-gun C, Gyeonggi-do, without any justifiable reason, had a plastic water disease with a capacity of 1 liter, water sing off, and had approximately KRW 1 week of treatment on the part of the victim E (the age of 50).

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

2. On October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 04:47 on October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (b) took a large amount of alcoholic beverages in the “D” restaurant operated by the Damcheon-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, and caused damage to the market price of KRW 150,000 on the victim’s glass owned by the Defendant, on the ground that he was a small-scale bottle in the air conditioning, and that he did not immediately drive the taxi.

3. On October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime like the preceding paragraph on October 11, 2013; (b) carried out a H box located in the Gyeonggi-gun, KH box; and (c) avoided disturbance within the said police box; and (d) damaged the Defendant’s utility by harming the market price of the stove, which was a public article in the said box, by avoiding disturbance; and (c) undermining the Defendant’s utility.
