A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2012, at around 04:05, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 33) was boarding a D taxi and was living in the area of the defendant located in the Daegu North-gu, North-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the ground that he returned to the destination at around the time of the passage of the national rain tunnel near the west-dong in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, on the part of the victim, such as the victim’s back water level one time at one time, and the back part of the blue part of the victim with his arms, which was driven in the blue-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and caused approximately two weeks of treatment
