A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on April 23, 2010, the Defendant, at the “Dju shop” in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Dju shop”), tried to catch the head debt from the victim in his/her hand, and was sleeped with the victim’s head debt with his/her hand, and sustained the victim’s head debt with his/her hand in his/her khsaw that the victim’s head debt needs to be treated for about 10 days.
