A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

No. 1, 2, 14 through 23 of the seized evidence shall be confiscated from all the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in collusion with C, filed an export declaration with the customs office as if he were exported a motor vehicle which has already been cancelled, followed the chassis number stated in the “ Model and Specifications” column of the detailed statement of export declaration to be exported to a foreign country by altering it into the chassis number of a motor vehicle which cannot be exported because it was not cancelled due to the creation of mortgage.
