1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 155,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from December 24, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On April 29, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant on May 30, 2010 as the due date for reimbursement of KRW 100,000,000 on September 30, 2010 to the Defendant on December 30, 2010, respectively.
Since then, the defendant repaid 45,000,000 won.
The Plaintiff seeks payment of the remaining loan 155,000,000 won and damages for delay.
