1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 399,096,104 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 4, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4-2-2, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant on June 1, 2014 to supply materials (PDB/MAT) (PDB/MAT) to the "6 site for international logistics in the front of the Busan New Port, the Busan New Port," and the "seven site for international logistics in the front of the Busan New Port, the Co., Ltd." (PDB/MA), and pursuant to the above contract from July 2014 to March 2015, the plaintiff supplied materials equivalent to KRW 1,328,437,451 as the above price for supply, but it can be recognized that the defendant did not receive the remainder after receiving only KRW 1,39,096,04 won (=1,77,537,535,451). Thus, the defendant is obligated to deliver the remainder of the price to the plaintiff by the date of the lawsuit No. 251,531.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
