1. Summary of the facts charged

A. Defendants A and B were the respective representative directors of Co., Ltd., and Defendants C were the employees of Co., Ltd., and Defendants were the employees of Co., Ltd., the Defendants: (a) around the end of 2007, in order to raise investment funds necessary for F to acquire the right to sell in lots in the name of the said Co., Ltd., Ltd. in the name of the said Co., Ltd., Ltd., and (b) around the end of 2007 to raise funds necessary for F to acquire the right to sell in lots in the name of the said Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the investors were rapidly

In around the end of 2007, the Defendants recommended the victims of the above office E company E in the above “H building site” to make an investment in this opinion, and around March 21, 2008, the Defendants: “The estimated sales amount of H building E in Korea is 30 billion won and the security deposit to be paid to the executor is 300 million won. If the sales rate is 50%, the above security deposit is returned from the executor; since the sales commission to be paid by us is 5% and the sales commission to be paid by us is 20 billion won, there is a profit in the sales commission of 1 billion won; and on the other hand, around September 30, 2008, the Defendants paid to the victims of the above office E company E in this case the sum of the sales revenue amount of KRW 185 billion,000,000,000,0000,000,000 won, which is 33.5 billion,000,000 won.”

However, in the case of “H building” above at the time, civil disputes have been continued between the above F and the third party (J) surrounding the ownership of the site. On the other hand, in order for the actual construction and sale of the site to be carried out, the victim was under the situation where the relevant project was carried out at any time, and there was no difference between the time and the fact that the relevant project was not carried out and the fact that there was no difference between the two.
