Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2017, the Defendant 2017, the 2017 Gohap 469, when getting on and off a new wall, had a customer getting on and off a taxi to engage in rape according to the case of women. At around 03:30 on July 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim’s faces with his/her own finger in the vicinity of the Seo-gu Incheon E parking lot; (b) threatened the victim with the threat that “if he/she is aware of any defect, dead, and salute only once, he/she shall do so, she shall do so; (c) threatened the victim with the victim’s resistance; and (d) sealed him/her into the above parking lot; and (e) led the victim to see, “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am unable to see the victim’s face with his/her finger and panty; and (e) changed the victim’s face with his/her body, and (e) changed the victim’s face as soon as possible,” and (e) changed the victim’s face to the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim by assault or intimidation.

On May 12, 2017, the Defendant reported on May 12, 2017 that H, in a de facto marital relationship in F around 00:30, in front of “G” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, is disputing with the victim I (n, 23 years of age), and that H’s knife the victim J (n, 32 years of age) who was taking a knife.
