A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Around 17:41 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant stated in the indictment that the Defendant was on board a bus at around 17:10, but according to the bus screen image, the Defendant appears to have been on board a bus at around 17:41. As such, the Defendant was on board the bus at the D bus stops located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and was on board the bus at the e-line bus (F) and was able to commit an indecent act by getting on the side of the victim G (the young, 18 years old), which is a juvenile (the young, who was on board the front left of the bus immediately after the front left of the bus, and was in contact with the bridge of the victim, and was in contact with the bridge of the victim.
