1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 28, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 as amended from 15% per annum to 12% per annum and enforced on June 1, 2019. As such, the part claiming damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment shall be recognized as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from August 28, 2019 to the day of complete payment of the copy of the complaint of this case, and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
