A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2009, the Defendant forged Private Document: (a) around the 2008, at the office of the Daejeon U.S.C. 3rd floor “D company”; (b) calculated the date of remittance statement of a corporate bank in 2009-05-17:30:09”; (c) “E” in the remittance number column; (d) “E”; (d) date of remittance / currency/100.00” in the remittance column; (d) “YUG-GU”; and (d) “F” in the receiver column; and (d) “F” and “F” in the recipient column; and (d) “F” and “MM 201 U.S.G. DomD; and (d) YUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RENUUNUUNNUUE RENNUUNUUNUUE REYYYYYYYE REYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYE.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of remittance in the name of a corporate bank, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant exercised the remittance statement of a forged corporate bank as described in paragraph (1) at the time and place described in paragraph (1), and by facsimile as if he were actually aware of the fact.

3. The Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place, by facsimileing one copy of the remittance statement of an enterprise bank forged as above from the company bank to the victim G, deceiving the victim as if he remitted USD 10,000 from the company bank to the tea or bank, and then, the Defendant instructed the victim to the H company located in China to deliver stone equivalent to USD 10,534.08 (Korean Won KRW 12,110,00) of the 18th class of the 18th class of the Masan and the 18th class of the Masan to the Defendant.
