Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant had been living in Korea with the victim D(64 years of age) since 12 years ago.

On February 5, 2015, at around 19:49, the Defendant called “F, who is a female living together of the victim,” and called “if the room inside and outside the walk, walk, walk, which would go about, in the future, walk in the house,” and said F was said to go from the Defendant to the victim, and the victim came to go to the Defendant’s house in order to comply with it.
