Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the actual owner of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s 2nd and second floor “C” in violation of the code of practice of the karaoke machine business operator.

No karaoke machine business operator shall employ any entertainment loan or offer any good offices therefor.

Nevertheless, on March 24, 2016, the Defendant received a demand from D (Nam and 56 years of age) to receive a loan for entertainment from the said customer at the above singing room on March 24, 2016, and had one non-satisfe-satfe-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat-sat

2. Any karaoke machine business operator who has violated his/her obligations shall be prohibited from selling or providing any alcoholic beverage.

Nevertheless, the defendant sold 3 cans cans to customers D at the same time and place as the above '1' clause, and sold 10,000 won.
