Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B, from around December 2007, is a person who operates a lodging establishment and a commercial sex acts establishment in the name of “Ginn’s accommodation” in Ansan-si F from the perspective of “Ginn’s accommodation.”
From August 7, 2012 to September 7, 2013, the Defendant employed a female employee, H, I, etc. as the female employee, and, on June 18, 2013, reported the Internet advertisement or experience machine, and had the customer J pay KRW 40,00 to the said I, made the customer K pay KRW 40,00 to the said I, made the customer K pay KRW 40,00 to the said I, made the customer K to have a sexual intercourse with the said I. On September 7, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 40,00 from the many unspecified customers, such as paying KRW 40,00 to the customer and having the said H and sexual intercourse with the said employee, and 22,000 among which the Defendant received KRW 18,000,000,000,000 to the rest of the female employee, made the said female employee sexual intercourse with the said customer, and made the business of arranging sexual traffic.
2. From December 2012 to September 7, 2013, Defendant A received 40,000 won in lieu of the price for sexual traffic from many unspecified customers who found the above business establishment, and assisted and abetted the conduct of arranging sexual traffic in B by guiding female employees to customers in a waiting room.
