A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

① On February 9, 2001, the Defendant subscribed to the Samsung Bio-Distribution New Women’s Health Insurance Fund of KRW 34,200 as the monthly insurance premium of KRW 34,200. On September 17, 2001, the Defendant subscribed to the insurance under a special contract for surgeryless admission into New Bio-resources of KRW 59,640 as the insurance premium of KRW 59,640 as the monthly insurance premium of KRW 17,60 as the insurance premium of KRW 27,60 as the monthly insurance premium of KRW 27,60 as the future of KRW 27,60 as the insurance premium of KRW 27,60 as the insurance premium of KRW 58,00 as the monthly insurance premium of KRW 58,00.

After having subscribed to the above insurance, the Defendant is a doctor C’s intention to receive insurance money by receiving an surgery with him who is not in need of the surgery, or who is aware that he would be able to easily claim insurance money by providing a simple surgery with a long period of hospitalization, with respect to a sculatory modified disease that can be corrected and treated;

A. On June 10, 2010, at the D Hospital located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, the fact is as follows: (a) although there is no a scam-related disease, the fact means that there is pain; (b) C knowingly knows such circumstance and claims for medical care benefits from the Health Insurance Corporation by inducing patients and claiming for the payment of medical care benefits against the Health Insurance Corporation; (c) as an intention to make profits from the hospital; and (d) the Defendant “a person who conducts surgery and is hospitalized for hospital treatment,” and the Defendant was hospitalized immediately and administered “the first part of the first part of the first part of the hospital”, and the Defendant was the same.

7. After being hospitalized for 35 days until 14.3 days, it shall be obtained by receiving KRW 7,986,579 from the payment of insurance proceeds to Samsung Bio-resources, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List;

B. On August 4, 2011, C was diagnosed by the same method as C, who had worked as the F Director in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and was hospitalized immediately, and “the 5th dysium 5th dysium dysium dysium dysium dysium dysium

However, even if the facts do not require the practical method, the defendant is the same.

8. After being hospitalized for 21 days by 24.2, insurance proceeds of KRW 6,03,550 as shown in Annex 2 of the List of Offenses.
