A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1, 4 through 26, 28 through 41 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received information on the Plaintiff’s domicile and contact address, etc., from the sales books of the Plaintiff residing in China, through “D”; and (b) distributed the Defendant’s domicile to E using the F Company (i.e., the invoice number: G) by packaging the exemption of 30 years from the number containing stroke ingredients, which is a local mental medicine, to the buyer of narcotics, via “D”; and (c) sold on March 21, 2018 the exemption of 23 times in total, including Lone Star and strokes, which is a local mental medicine, from around that time, to March 21, 2018.

B.
