1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 59,042,325 against each of the Plaintiff; and (b) Defendant B from December 23, 2011; and (c) Defendant A from February 2012.

1. Judgment on the ground of the Plaintiff’s claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”)

) The sale business of the second unit E of the building D D in the case of strike (hereinafter “instant sale business”) shall be the sale business of the second unit E of the building

(2) On March 11, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a management-type land trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”) and business agreement with a truster C, a trustee company, the Plaintiff, and the Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. for the implementation of the instant sale business. On March 12, 2009, in accordance with the instant trust agreement, the registration of ownership transfer for the instant land D site and on November 30, 2010, the registration of ownership transfer was completed for the instant building including real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

3) The Defendants resided together with their family members in the instant real estate without the Plaintiff’s consent from December 30, 2010 to January 13, 2012. (4) During the period of possession of the instant real estate as above, the monthly rent of KRW 4 million for which the Defendants did not have any deposit, and the gas and electricity charges paid by the Defendants during the same period are as follows.
