Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 15:50, driven a B-wing freight vehicle from around 5 km to the front of the "Secheon-dong Kimchi farm" located in the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, to the front of the digging bridge in the same city.
