A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the relatives living together with B, and the victim C (the age of 17) and the victim D (the age of 11) are children of B.

1. On November 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0 on the 20:00, on the ground that the Defendant did not properly provide the victims with the family education at his/her home, and (b) on the ground that: (c) the Defendant: (d) “Ackin, non-Concepted son, gene, and so born.”

“In addition, the victim C’s bodily abuse was committed by taking the part of the Defendant’s arms at several times, which is a dangerous and dangerous article, and at the same time by carrying dangerous articles and carrying them, the victim’s multiple typiles, etc., in which the number of days of treatment cannot be identified.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed physical abuse by putting the victim’s head debt on the date, place, and at the victim’s head debt; (b) putting the victim’s head debt on the bet lease; and (c) making the victim’s hand on the part of his hand.

3. On May 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, at the above place on May 1, 2020; (b) at the night immediately preceding day, the Victim D used the Victim D’s “Singinging Ra and cutting down the Rab,” and (c) committed physical abuse by cutting the Victim D’s her head with the view of her head and cutting off.
