Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 15, 201, the Defendant and B, at the D office located in Suwon-gu Busan, Busan, without authority, for the purpose of uttering, sent the E’s seal impression stamp held in advance to F without authority, and the Defendant and B made an installment financing agreement under the name of F.
