The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that each sentence (the defendant A: imprisonment of three years and six months; imprisonment of one year and three months; imprisonment of one year and three months; and imprisonment of one year and six months) declared by the court below to the defendants.

2. Determination

A. It is true that there are extenuating circumstances for the defendant A to take into account, such as the fact that the defendant acknowledged all of the crimes in this case and divided his mistake in depth, that the defendant has no specific criminal power, that the defendant needs to support the defendant, and that there are children in need of support.

However, in light of all the circumstances asserted by the defendant as grounds for appeal, it is not recognized that the court below's punishment should be reversed because it is too unreasonable, even if it is considered that the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and circumstances that are conditions for sentencing specified in the argument and records of this case such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc. are considered, and all of the circumstances asserted by the defendant as grounds for appeal are considered as grounds for appeal.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

B. In light of the fact that Defendant B, who jointly processed Defendant A’s crime, forged or altered a private document, and that the amount obtained by deception from the victims is a large amount of money exceeding 430 million won, and that the victims have not been sufficiently recovered from damage, etc., the Defendant is subject to strict punishment.
